You live in a society where patience is not used to solve a problem.
Everything must have a quick solution.
There is no time to lose.
Because time is money managed by the ones that push you to fly by for the present.
But they are wrong.
Although you may not have noticed of it.
Because only in the present can you enjoy yourself.
One lives.
And a problem is solved.
The patience is much more than a tool.
It is an attitude.
Even a way of life.
In which you open yourself up to unconditional manner to the present.
The only thing in this world that is truly yours.
Here and now.
But can you use it to solve a problem?
Patience as the driving force of the present
Patience is acceptance.
Something that goes a long way beyond tolerance and is far removed from suffering.
Cultivating patience is not cultivate endurance.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
In coaching we know very well that lack of patience is often what prevents you from solving a problem.
Especially because there are problems in life that need a natural rhythm to be resolved.
Resisting this reality is to make them worse.
That's why it is so important to cultivate patience as well as motor and motivation to participate in your present.
In front of the resistance and rejection which means lack of patience, are its transparency and lucidity.
Because if you want to solve a problem, you have to be able to see it from another perspective.
The time perspective and the proactivity of patience.
As you can hear.
The active patience is development from the calm and reflection.
From the reactivity you can't solve a problem.
Just postpone it or make it worse.
Patience is wise.
Full of positive energy.
It is vital action from the understanding and compassion.
Living it from the present for your present.
Something you can also achieve thanks to the professional coaching.
Solving a problem from the now
Patience is cultivated.
But is never asked for.
Neither you nor the others.
When you do it or you are asked to do it, you are running away from your responsibility in solving the problem.
In the part that corresponds to you.
That it's nothing but your own perception.
Learning to be flexible from patience is not suck it up and forget.
On the contrary.
It is to live intensely from the respect for yourself and others.
A fundamental principle of life.
And of that present that you live in the shared reality with everyone around you.
Moment by moment.
Helping you to to confront and reflect about the best way to solve a problem.
No judgement.
Nor guilty.
Because in reality a problem is because it has a solution.
If not, it is no longer a problem.
Something you can only patiently discover.
Do you dare to try it?
