Professional coaching is a partnership between a professional coach and a client that seeks to set goals, generate results and manage personal and/or professional change. Coaching enables the client to change the way they want to with the support of the coach to achieve their best version as a person or professional.
How is coaching different from mentoring, consulting or psychotherapy?
Other service professions, such as mentoring, consulting or psychotherapy, are based on the wisdom and experience of the professional, who in a directive way advises or outlines the guidelines to be followed by the client. Coaching is a profession that tries to generate self-awareness from the tools that the client has or does not know he/she has, opening new ways to obtain results from commitment and self-awareness.
How does a professional coach work?
Your coach's role is to ask powerful questions, act as a sounding board, offer objective assessment and feedback, listen fully and actively, test your blind spots, and encourage shifts in thinking that reveal new perspectives. The professional coach works with the utmost confidentiality and follows high ethical and deontological guidelines.

I am a professional Coach and Mentor member of the International Coaching Federation and trained according to the demanding guidelines of this organization. I continue to train to offer coaching services at the highest level and with the highest quality standards.
I am also a specialist in online communication, Social Media Manager and I teach entrepreneurship and orchestral studies at the Conservatory of Amsterdam. Since 2008 I am violin soloist of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of the Netherlands, where I live since 2000.
All this makes me a coach with experience in various fields to accompany you to achieve your goals from the closeness, human quality, creativity and professional rigor.
