It is also a old acquaintance in the world of culture and the artsand more specifically in the world of music.

It is important for you to know that coaching is not an accompanying discipline which in no way replaces psychology.

A professional coach will refer you to a psychologist if he/she considers that this is the specialist who can best help you.

But a good professional coach can also accompany you to discover the patterns that surround stage fright to develop the necessary positive strategies to help you overcome it.

Causes of stage fright

Stage fright is an extreme form of stage fright. interpreting reality from the vulnerability as a negative quality.

Without taking into account that reality is a your interpretation and that you have a lot in your hand to look for other ways to live it.

When you let, for example, a negative experience you in the past is still influencing you in the present, you are giving a unnecessary space to that stage fright.

After all, fear is not, as no emotion is, positive or negative.

It is simply a signal from our emotional system who wants to tell you something.

Also the type of thoughts that are associated to stage fright, are often recurrent and therefore learned as a response to that particular situation.

Another very common cause often has its roots in the exaggerated perfectionism.

Ending drowning in a sea of demands unrealistic fear that triggers this fear as a protection against having to go through this threatening situation.

Tips for overcoming stage fright

The first thing is that you learn to take a step back with your thoughts and emotions.
