Stage fright is one of those obstacles that can be many people experience when speaking in public.
It is also a old acquaintance in the world of culture and the artsand more specifically in the world of music.
Any emotion that manifests itself in our bodyalways has a function.
It is exactly the same with fear.
But when that emotion blocks you and you irrationally cultivate it to the point where it disturbs your daily life, then you have to look for a solution.

It is important for you to know that coaching is not an accompanying discipline which in no way replaces psychology.

Causes of stage fright
Stage fright is an extreme form of stage fright. interpreting reality from the vulnerability as a negative quality.
Without taking into account that reality is a your interpretation and that you have a lot in your hand to look for other ways to live it.
When you let, for example, a negative experience you in the past is still influencing you in the present, you are giving a unnecessary space to that stage fright.
After all, fear is not, as no emotion is, positive or negative.
It is simply a signal from our emotional system who wants to tell you something.
If you repress that fear, you're not really processing it and you're not really letting it give you a valuable information about you and the situation.Also the type of thoughts that are associated to stage fright, are often recurrent and therefore learned as a response to that particular situation.

Tips for overcoming stage fright
The first thing is that you learn to take a step back with your thoughts and emotions.
Something that for example can helping you to do this is mindfulness.
But remember that taking distance does not mean eliminate your thoughts or emotions.
Simply detach yourself from them.
Another way to overcome this fear is for you to know that you can contextualise situations.
Going on stage is generally not an act of life-threatening.
Not even with a full house.
Although you play too much at stakeYou always win when you go out on that stage.
And even if it doesn't go the way you expected, if you try to learning from experiencestage fright will disappear.
There is no doubt that each case is different.
